Rome in a day or two?

To see the best of Rome in just one day on a private or custom tour, makes for a long day of typically 8 hours duration, during which time you’ll visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, Capitoline Hill and Campidoglio, the Vatican City, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St Peter’s Basilica, St Peter’s Square, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Centro Storico.

Our Rome in a day itinerary is of course provisional. If you are interested in seeing parts of Rome which are not suggested on our Rome in a day tour page, just let us know and we’ll arrange everything for you.

You are welcome to pop into our office before your tour begins for a chat, free maps and orientation. We are located right beside the Vatican City walls (Ottaviano or Cipro Metro station on Linea A); Via Sebastiano Veniero 21 – just click the link for exact directions which you can print.

Tour Rome over one full day or two full days and see the best of the Eternal City with a private, licensed When In Rome Tours guide

Rome in two days on our two days in Rome tour covers the same provisional itinerary, but you will have more time to learn about and enjoy everything you’ll see. Day one visits the Colosseum, Forums and historic city centre, while day two is all about the Vatican City.

To book either tour online now, visit us at When In Rome Tours – we offer a range of discounts on all current tours of Rome and elsewhere in Italy, as well as our brand new tours upcoming in 2011; prosciutto tours in Parma, extended wine tours in the Lazio region and a full day tour of Ostia.
